FAMILY MEDICLAIM :
Masum's Family Mediclaim policy is an insurance plan under which the employees get a health cover of a certain amount for their family. As per the employee’s grade and company’s policy “Family Mediclaim” covers reimbursement of the cost of hospitalisation or domiciliary treatment of the employee, the spouse and 2 children.
PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE :
Our employees are our greatest asset and we value them and their closed ones and want to help them and their loved ones in case of any misfortune. For them, we have Personal Accident Insurance Cover. As per the employee’s grade and company’s policy this Accident provides insurance cover to the employee in the event of death or partial/permanent disablement due to accident/injury according to grade entitlement.
PRODUCT BENEFITS :
Each employee can avail Masum products worth Rs. 1500/- per month after completing one month service in the company.(only food suppliment)
MERIT SCHOLARSHIP :
Masum has introduced “Merit Scholarship” for our employee’s children who are pursuing or want to pursue Higher Sec. Education (XI and XII). Masum employees who have been working in the organisation for at least 2 years and more can get this scholarship for their children.
